Purchase conditions

When purchasing or hiring our services, you accept the following conditions:

➤ The service will be provided when the weather conditions are suitable and appropriate, as we always take into consideration the security of our customers.

➤ In the event that the Company cancels the activity for its own reasons and/or climatological reasons, the total amount paid will be refunded within a maximum period of 7 working days, using the same payment method used for your contract for reimbursement.

➤ In case the customer couldn’t attend the date of the activity and he/she wants to do the activity any other day, he/she must inform the company 24h. in advance. Otherwise, the customer will lose the right to use service.

➤In the event that the client has made the purchase/reservation on our website less than 24 hours before the activity and cannot attend on the established day and time, it will be essential to be able to maintain their service without consuming and to be able to postpone it, notify the company before closing time the day before the activity (8:30 p.m.) otherwise you will automatically lose the contracted service.

➤ Our services have an expiration date of 1 year, counting from the date of the purchase.

➤ When setting the date and time, it is recommendable for customers to call/ask the company. This way, we will be able to verify with you if it’s possible to do the activity.

➤ You must arrive at the location sent at least 20 minutes before the time established for the activity, which you will have been informed of before hiring.

You will have 15 courtesy minutes from the start time of the same.

In no case may you join the activity once the courtesy time indicated above has elapsed, so if you have not been at the indicated location within the courtesy time, the Company will proceed to start the activity without you and you will lose the right to consume your service on the scheduled day as well as on another occasion and/or reimbursement thereof.

Therefore, we will consider the contracted service consumed.

➤ To make a reservation of any of our activities or services, it is compelling to pay 100% in advance.

➤ We accept the following payment methods: cash, transfer, credit card and bizum.

In the case of having made the payment through the Bank Transfer option, it will be mandatory to send a bank receipt showing the amount as well as the destination account indicated on the web.

Renting conditions

*In case you have rented our material, we recommend you to take a look at the following conditions:

It’s necessary to be older than 18 years old to rent our sport material.
• It’s important to be aware of our own level. Without a minimum prior knowledge ( as Surf, SUP or Skate beginners lessons), you can’t opt to rent the equipment.
• The club makes the final decision about if the client is qualified and the conditions are the appropriate for the equiment rental.
• The customer must respect the rules of use, canals, rules of passage and behave civilly.
• The equipment can be rented, provided that it is not being used by any other activity of the club.

Equipment use:

• Check the correct condition of the equipment before using it.
• Once you have finished, remember to return it clean to its storage area and warn the club about possible damages.
• Make sure you have assembled the equipment correctly.
• Take the appropriate security mesures.

The client will be responsible for the deterioration of the equipment due to misuse, assuming the cost described below:

  • INDIVIDUAL PADDLE SURF BOARDS:
    Severe deterioration, break, loss or theft will involve the payment of 400 €
    Partial damage such as holes, bumps, etc. They will be valuated according to the damage (10 € – 150 €).
  • BIG SUP BARD:
    Severe deterioration, break, loss or theft will involve the payment of 1000-1500€, assessing the damage.
    Partial damage such as holes, bumps, etc. They will be valuated according to the damage (10 € – 500 €).
  • SOFT SURF BOARDS:
    Severe deterioration, break, loss or theft will involve the payment of 200 €
    Partial damage such as holes, bumps, etc. They will be valuated according to the damage (10 € – 150 €).
  • PRO SURF BOARDS:
    Severe deterioration, break, loss or theft will involve the payment of (300 € – 400 €)
    Partial damage such as holes, bumps, etc. They will be valuated according to the damage (10 € – 150 €).
  • DOUBLE KAYAK:
    Severe deterioration, break, loss or theft will involve the payment of 400 €
    Partial damage such as holes, bumps, etc. They will be valuated according to the damage (10 € – 150 €).
  • SURF LEASH:
    Loss or theft will involve the payment of 15 €.
    Leash/ mooring break and slight deterioration won’t imply extra payment, since it is assumed to be a consequence of the habitual use of the material.
  • KEELS:
    Severe deterioration, break, loss or theft will involve the payment of (5 € – 30 €), depending on the damage. In most cases, the payment will correspond to their replacement.
  • OARS:
    evere deterioration, break, loss or theft will involve the payment of 40 €.

In case of breach of some os this parts, it will be grounds for cancellation of the agreement , having to be liable for damages.

The club may request a photo of the identity card of the person respondible for the rental.
