Enjoy our stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) lessons in Alicante with Club Surf El Moreno Alicante, at San Juan Beach or other spots depending on sea conditions.
These 2-hour lessons are adapted to all levels, from beginner to advanced. No prior experience is necessary: you’ll learn step by step, with personalized attention and complete safety.
Our instructors are certified by the Spanish Surfing Federation and hold IOSUP certification, in addition to having over 10 years of experience in water sports.

PRIVATE SUP SURFING LESSON
Discover our private stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) courses in Alicante with Club Surf El Moreno Alicante, in Playa de San Juan and nearby areas depending on sea conditions.
These are 2-hour lessons, fully personalized and adapted to each student’s level. Before each session, the best day is agreed upon based on sea conditions and your experience, to ensure safety, learning, and real progress.
This course is designed to help you transition from flat-water paddleboarding to SUP surfing in waves, learning to move in real sea conditions and progressing in a controlled manner from small waves to more advanced levels.
Our instructors, certified by the Spanish Surfing Federation and IOSUP, with over 10 years of experience, will guide you in the water so you can progress safely and confidently.
What will you learn in SUP surfing?
- Reading the sea and positioning in the line-up (breaking zone)
- Timing: when to paddle to catch the wave
- Controlled wave entry
- Surfing sideways using the edges of the board
- Speed, direction and balance control on the descent
- Progression adapted according to level and conditions
The goal is for you to learn to surf waves with a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) in a technical and progressive way, understanding the ocean and improving your control with each session.
Optional Insta360 Video
You can add an optional Insta360 video with a 3-meter selfie stick (drone-like effect), featuring spectacular underwater footage to analyze your technique and create a unique memory of the session.

Equipment not included: Students must bring their own suitable stand-up paddleboard equipment for waves.
